Mal ehrlich, muss den aus jedem Sch**** mittlerweile ein Musical gemacht werden? Okay, die Gitarrenszene kann man als (dann aber sehr konstruierte) Rechtfertigung nehmen. Da das aber nur eine Szene ist, in einem Film, der ansonsten eher Sci-Fi-Elemente hat, ist er doch so musicaltauglich wie "SAW - Das Musical" 
Sollte allerdings kurz vor dem 21. Dezember ein Musical über "Top Gun" angekündigt werden, dann sollten wir die ganze Maya-Weltuntergangsgeschichte doch etwas ernster nehmen, denn dann, Freunde der Sonne, ist das Ende aller Tage wirklich gekommen.

@harmlos und Mumie: Klar wäre es witzig, genauso wie eine Celine Dion Ballade zum Tod von Goose oder ein Jigsaw, der seine Untaten besingt. Aber ist es amüsant genug, um auch ein Musical in voller Filmlänge zu überstehen?
Für mich wäre ein solches Musical ähnlich wie "Bauer sucht Frau": Witzig, wenn man es schnipselweise bei Stefan Raab sieht, aber die ganze Sendung bei RTL wärs mir trotzdem nicht wert.

@Roland von Gilead: Man darf jetzt sicher nicht erwarten, dass Filmminute um Filmminute mit Lieder vertont werden. Es werden die schönsten Szenen genommen und der Rest rausgestrichen bzw. abgeändert. Ob mir das gefallen würde, ist eine andere Sache - ich bin mir da auch nicht so sicher.
