Sydney quittiert ihren Job beim CIA. Daraufhin tritt sie einer geheimen Unterorganisation bei, dem APO, Authorized Personnel Only. Dort begegnet sie Dixon, Vaughn und Jack, die bei einem Meeting, unter der Führung von APO-Chef Sloane, auf sie warten. Sie ist überhaupt nicht begeistert, dass ihr größter Feind eine so wichtige Position bekommen hat, doch schon muss sie auf ihre erste Mission als APO-Agentin.
Da sie die Ereignisse aus Wittenberg noch beschäftigen, gibt es mit ihrem Vater auch beim neuen Arbeitsplatz Auseinandersetzungen.

• Die neuen Kodenamen der Agenten sind bei APO wie folgt: Sydney ist Phoenix, Vaughn ist Shotgun, Nadia ist Evergreen, Dixon ist Outrigger, Jack ist Raptor und Marshall ist Merlin.
  
  
• Die Titelsequenz wurde in der vierten Staffel geändert und zeigt nun über 50 verschiedene Verkleidungen, die Sydney bisher getragen hatte.
  
  
• Der Bahnhof, der in dieser Episode zu sehen ist, ist "the Union Station" in Los Angeles.

• Director Chase: I'm recommending to the board that you be stripped of classified clearance and assigned to the Dispatch Office at Langley.
  Sydney: You're transferring me... to the mail room!?
  
  
• Sloane (about Nadia): I knew she would be of great value here... but she chose to leave intelligence... to drop out.
  Sydney: You sure she really left? Fake-quitting seems to be all the rage.
  
  
• Director Chase: Even for you, Agent Bristow, your arrogance today is appalling!
  
  
• Komorov (opens a suitcase): What is inside can be used for good... or evil.
  Sydney: Me too.
